Website terms
These terms govern use of the public AcuityGuard website. A pilot, subscription, PointClickCare connection, or other customer service will require a separate written agreement. If a separate agreement conflicts with these website terms, the separate agreement controls for that service.
Permitted use
You may use the website to learn about AcuityGuard and contact AcuityGuard Health for legitimate business purposes. You may not attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with the service, access data without authorization, or use the website in violation of law.
Reviewer-support boundary
AcuityGuard is designed to organize source evidence and support review by authorized skilled nursing facility personnel. Any projected HIPPS, rate, reimbursement opportunity, documentation gap, or suggested next action is review support only. It is not a final payable rate, claim determination, billing approval, clinical decision, or autonomous MDS coding decision.
Professional responsibility
Facilities and their authorized clinical, MDS, billing, compliance, and administrative personnel remain responsible for source validation, coding, assessment completion, claim submission, and compliance with payer and regulatory requirements. AcuityGuard does not replace professional judgment or official payer guidance.
No public submission of patient information
Do not submit protected health information or patient records through the public contact form. Authorized customer data must use the approved application intake and security process established under a separate agreement.
Intellectual property
The AcuityGuard name, website, software, documentation, and related materials are owned by AcuityGuard Health or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant a right to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative services from protected materials except as expressly permitted by a separate written agreement or applicable law.
Availability and changes
The public website and development services may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date.
Disclaimers and liability
The public website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, AcuityGuard Health disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement and is not responsible for decisions made from unverified projections or incomplete source information.
